Our Cancellation Policy—

We want to provide the best experience possible at Sanctus Rejuvenation Spa and Salon. To do so, we value our time with our clients and hope you appreciate us just the same.

We ask that you understand and agree to the following cancellation policy to book services.

• You agree to pay 100 percent of the service if you fail to cancel or no-show for your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment.

• You understand that if you no-show or cancel three times within 24 hours, you will still need to pay for 100 percent of the services, and your future services will require a non-refundable deposit.

• You understand we require a 48-hour cancellation on any spa party/special occasion. Sanctus reserves the right to charge the guest 100% of the services for failure to cancel within the time frame. On-site accommodations require a down payment depending on the number in the party to save your spot. If canceled, the deposit is non-refundable.

Why do we require a 24-hour cancellation notice? Our stylists/technicians often have a list of clients waiting for spots to open up. We want to do that if a spot is available to accommodate a client. For our technicians, this is their career, and time is money for them. We want to respect their time as we would anyone else and want to ensure they are utilizing time efficiently.

Why do I need to put a deposit down? We want to secure our team with a secure job, and we want to fill every spot they have open. If you now show, this takes away from them. Yes, we will grace for unique circumstances. We are human and understand things come up. We appreciate your understanding and value your business.
