Our Cancellation & Refund + Fee Policy—

We understand that life happens and schedules change. To best serve our clients and respect the time and expertise of our providers, we kindly enforce the following policy:

• A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file to book and secure an appointment.

• We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value.

• Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a no-show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service value.

  • Applicable cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.

• You understand we require a 48-hour cancellation notice for any spa party/special occasion. Sanctus reserves the right to charge the guest 100% of the services for failure to cancel within the time frame. On-site accommodations require a down payment depending on the number in the party to save your spot. If canceled, the deposit is non-refundable.

By booking an appointment or receiving services, clients acknowledge and agree to the above policies.

Why do we require a 24-hour cancellation notice?

Our stylists/technicians often have a list of clients waiting for spots to open up. We want to do that if a spot is available to accommodate a client. For our technicians, this is their career, and time is money for them. We want to respect their time as we would anyone else and want to ensure they are utilizing time efficiently.

Why do I need to put a deposit down?

We want to secure our team with a secure job, and we want to fill every spot they have open. If you now show, this takes away from them. Yes, we will grace for unique circumstances. We are human and understand things come up. We appreciate your understanding and value your business.

Eco Fee for Green Initiatives Policy:

Effective October 1, 2024, a $3 Eco Fee will be added to each visit. This fee supports our partnership with Green Circle Salons, enabling us to recycle a wide range of materials, including hair clippings, color waste, and plastics, as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability.
